Liberty did a great job for me. Initially, I was passed around between 7 different people, all who couldn't seem to answer my questions. I felt like they wanted to sell me, not work with me to find a product that worked for my family and finances. Nobody really seemed to have the time for me. They were definitely too busy for their staffing levels. Ultimately, I bought, but after reading the paperwork back at home, I realized the agreement was not what I expected. Now, this is my fault as much as it is theirs, probably more. I bought a car last 7 years ago, and I was not ready for the experience. However, I come back the next business day. They were slower, they listened to me, and they helped me. Even though I was fully accountable for not thoroughly reading and demanding to have my questions answered, they worked with me. They took care of all the issues I brought up. I left today totally satisfied with the car and the new agreement. James Majors and the manager, Justin, are top notch. They did a great job. I only spoke with them very briefly on my first day, but I spent much more time with them the second.

The service dept is rude and incompetent. They fixed the recalls. It was dark when I picked it up, so I didn't notice anything wrong. The next day, I found a piece of CHEWED GUM stuck to the side of my passenger seat. It was deliberately pressed into the fabric. I just moved to Colorado this month and no one else has been in my car, and I don't chew gum. Don't try to shift the blame. When I called them, the receptionist was extremely apologetic and she had a service dept manager call me back. He didn't seem at concerned all. He casually told me it was probably an accident and to come back in and they would take the gum off. I told him it was undeniably deliberate. I couldn't bring my car in because it was no longer insured, since I just bought a new car. He said I would need to bring it in. I was yelling at this point, and I just repeated myself that I wouldn't drive it in uninsured. Then he yelled at me, "Well what do you want me to do? I can't bring the extracting machine to your house!" I hung up. First of all, it's not MY fault that your uncouth mechanic or valet decided to treat my car like a trash can or a side walk. Second, as a manager, you need to do anything you can to make this wrong right. He had the sense to call me back and send someone out to hand clean the seat. The whole episode was so insulting and offensive. In what world is it okay to disrespect your customer's property? Pictured here is the gum after I tried scraping it off with my keys. I decided to leave it for them to clean, cause it's DISGUSTING!

Great customer service, my service advisor Gary Haines will not try to push you to replace something that is not yet needed. I appreciate his honestly. The general atmosphere is relaxing very nice waiting area, overall great experience with all employees.

It's disappointing to write this review of the service department after getting very good service many times in the past. I had an appointment earlier this morning for routine service, and showed up about five minutes early. The service bay was full but that's to be expected for a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, I waited more than 45 minutes in my car before anyone talked to me about my appointment, and that was only after I asked someone what was going on. The attendant argued with me for a bit before he assured it would only be a few minutes more so I waited - another 20 minutes. The next contact I had with anyone was when I told a different attendant that I was done waiting and left. Unfortunately the high level customer service and efficiency that has been a hallmark of this service center appears to be a thing of the past.

This service center has twice not taken care of my wife. The first time they took our money for a full synthetic oil change but put in conventional. The service rep swore it was an accident and that he would redo the change and give us a free detailing to make up for it next time we were in the shop. I deployed to Afghanistan not long after that so the next time my wife came in she left with a bill of $96 for an oil change and tire rotation even though she mentioned the previous incident to her service rep. Sure they are nice here, but they don't seem to have the same attention to detail as the service center on the other side of town.
