This place have coo people but the mechanic name freddy gave me an appointment to fix my car .. my bro took it , he told him he couldn't fix cuz da mechanic wasn't there sooo?? What the F are u freddy ???

So I never usually write reviews for places,  but I couldn't help but post about what an amazing experience I had at the sales at Carmotive yesterday. Staff were friendly, honest, up front and non intimidating. I spoke with Sales manager the week prior telling him what we were looking for and he was Extremely informative and helped me make the decision of  Model of the SUV that would work best for me and my family (I was considering a three row in the vehicle I ended up purchasing but he gave me his professional, honest opinion and was very helpful). The financing made the process of getting approved straightforward, quick, and flexible. He was up beat, and answered any and all questions I had in the upmost detail and you could tell how knowledgeable he was..  sales manager were so personable and I would recommend them to anyone. They made me feel like a friend or family and made things so simple from start to finish. Being a woman, going into car dealerships can be EXTREMELY intimidating. This was a complete opposite experience, and made the whole process so fun! This was my first time purchasing a car through Carmotivesm am so glad I did. I will never set foot into an intimidating regular car dealership again, and will purchase any cars going fourth through The best dealer in Santa Maria Carmotivesm Thanks guys!

There staff are very professional and the customer's service is finaminal they have lots of options and opportunities for those in need of the help so don't miss out!!!

Bad place to go buy a car they will screw u over like they have to tons of ppl making them take the car then a few days later they call u that u have to give them more down payment n ur Apr will be higher then what u agreed to when u took the car they do that n have done it to a lot of ppl including me don't buy a car there they will screw u over find a better dealership even if ur in need of a car go somewhere else just where I work there's more then a few ppl that have done the same thing they did to me DONT BUY A CAR AT CARMOTIVE THEY WILL SCREW U OVER n the good reviews on here r just reviews from the same ppl that work at the dealership.
