Great place, didn't even know there was a volkswagon dealership in Santa maria. I went because of a inspection light I got on my car. A tech came out and quickly turned it off plus gave me a free car wash this place is amazing will definitely be doing My oil changes and services here from now on!

Worst experience i've ever had with repairs at a dealership. They took much longer the parts were more expensive the work was terrible. Less than two months later my roof leaks after I spent almost $1500 on a repair

This is one of the few VW dealerships that seems to have an honest service department. They were very transparent with price and car history. And the discouraged me from pursuing service that wasn't needed per my vehicle service history.

Employees are friendly and sales associate are very non pushy and helpful. Also, the employee are non judgemental
