On May 12, 2017, I took my Nissan Sentra to Nissan dealership in Santa Maria for diagnosis and repair of what seemed to be a battery related issue.  I was informed that battery needed replacement. They provided me with a written estimate of $120 that included replacement of the battery and reprogramming all monitors to factory specs. In less than one hour waiting in their clean and comfortable waiting room they handed me the final bill. To my surprise the charge was even lower than the initial estimate, $118.94 to be exact. I was impressed with the speed of service, honesty in estimate of the job, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My experience here was a stark contrast with horrible experience day earlier at the Coast Nissan dealership in San Luis Obispo. I strongly recommend Santa Maria Nissan Service Department to anyone expecting excellent service with reasonable cost.

We just bought our new 2017 CX5 from Santa Maria Mazda and after trying to work with three other dealerships to get the car we wanted, the team at Santa Maria Mazda came through with 1) the exact car we wanted 2) amazing financing, and 3) the terms we wanted.  From the moment we walked on to their lot, Gerald treated us like friends. He is a knowledgeable young man who knows the value of relationships in business.  We would highly recommend him.  Ramon was instrumental in bringing the deal to fruition. We felt he went above and beyond to bring it all together all while being completely transparent with what was feasible.  In the end, SM Mazda found our car at another dealership, brought it here, arranged the perfect financing, and delivered a great product with style.  We love our car but the unexpected bonus was meeting and working with Gerald and Ramon. Well done, fellas. Thanks for everything. PS...my car is so bad-ass beautiful!!

My wife and I drove from Bakersfield to Santa Maria for the great deals they had. Fernando and Denis were very helpful and made the process easy, fast and detailed. My wife and I had been to a few other dealers that didn't provide the comfort and friendly feeling that we experienced at Santa Maria Nissan/Mazda. I will definitely contact them for my next purchase and would recommend them.

I drove all the way from Ventura County and it was well worth it.

I sent emails requesting quotes to many dealerships around Southern California, and Mazda of Santa Maria's quote was the lowest.  I told them I wanted the car, they took my information over the phone, and had the paperwork waiting for me when I arrived.  When I got there, they were very courteous and professional.  Also the finance guy didn't try and push a bunch of extra junk like "clear coat" protection on me, and they didn't try and sneak extra things in the contract like the last time I bought a car (from a different dealer).

I normally can't stand car dealerships, so it was nice to finally find one that I like.
