One word describes this dealership best.....terrible.  After being between a rock and a hard place with my truck, we went to the Chevy dealership because we had to get back home to Oregon and assumed they would fix our fuel leak correctly. They charged me twice to three times what mechanics around here would charge, and took two days longer then they said they would. I watched the mechanics pull the engine off because they were not able to put in the the fuel lines correctly. When I finally got the truck back, the clutch was messed up and I had to bend the clutch pedal to the right just to get it to work. The mechanic said it was coincidence that this occurred, even though before there was no problem. They never agreed to fix this problem later, and would not return phone calls when I tried to contact them. Please consider going to another dealership before going to them, as they are not a reputable business

I have called this dealership twice, once the receptionist forwarded me straight to a voicemail. I also have emailed them about three times only to get no response. So far, bad service. I just want to set up an appointment to go see one of the cars they have in inventory. Maybe it seems they arent interested in making a sale? But other dealerships I've emailed are usually non-stop trying to get ahold of you.

Deceitful sales tactics!

Be weary of this dealer folks, quick recount of my experience today ... found the truck I wanted online, called and dealt with salesman Brad as well as sales manager Anthony. Because I live 4 hours drive away I tried to set up a delivery, I was even willing to buy the vehicle sight unseen. Mind you I had prequalified financing and was prepared to pay entire price of vehicle (aside from my financing) prior to them releasing it.  Anthony was resistant to the idea so the only option was for me to drive to go pick the truck up by renting a car or traveling by train (which I was willing to do either). Once again I had searched long and hard for exactly the truck I wanted and I had finally found it so I was willing to make the trip. We established a price and I asked Brad to make sure to secure the vehicle. I then made an online rental car reservation with Hertz per Brad's recommendation as it was close to the dealership. Brad told me he was going to talk to Anthony for final details. They then began to play a game with me telling me there were other buyers now "making offers", after some back-and-forth Brad then told me the other buyer "fell through" (I have saved the text messages as evidence). Once again it was in Anthony's hands of management to secure the vehicle for me. I made it clear that I would do whatever was necessary to buy the truck right then. Brad told me they would call me "right back" ... they did not call and after an hour I called back to which Brad then told me they sold the vehicle. I told him straight away this was deceitful and called into question the business approach of Sunset auto center. All of this to say, Brad and Anthony did not deal with me with integrity, i'm sure I'm not the first, be warned.

Well it seems the reply from Eric Luette sales manager from Sunset Auto Center is nothing more than posturing. I've sent him three emails reaching out to him after his reply ... he will not return any of them. It's obvious his response is nothing more than words on a public forum to give the appearance as if he is providing some level of customer service. I guess this is what he meant by moving forward in a "positive direction"?

Arlis and Jordan are great.  Bought 3 cars in the last 3 years there.  Affordable deals, and no pushy bullcrap like other places.  Thank you for excellent service, as always.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Service department gives great service and offers transportation to and from anywhere you need to go while waiting for your car.
