I have been a patient here for a long time now. The stories about waiting a long time are true, but I haven't been to a medical office where there isn't a wait. My opinions of quality of patient care plummeted when I recently called in sick. It was my 3rd day out of work, pregnant, and with a fever. They told me that there wasn't a single provider that could work me in at any of their locations that day. A pregnant woman with a fever is not something to ignore, and I was so very disappointed that this team did not have anything to offer as far as patient care. I was well cared for that day at Avance. I haven't decided if I'll continue my care here or not. My doctor is highly knowledgeable, which I appreciate.

Every time I have an appointment I wait on average 30-50 minutes past the appointed time. So expect that if you decide to go there. I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I'm here right now waiting for my 4:30 appointment-and it's a simple nurse administered shot 😂 so it's not hard. I asked for my medical release form today because I'm outta here!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment a week before and had to wait for 50 mins. After waiting for a long period of time, I cancelled the appointment on the spot. I don't recommend this place, and the matter I was trying to get looked at was concerning. Ps went to an urgent care and got seen faster.

Dr. Harris is absolutely wonderful!! He listens to everything that you say and explains things to you so that you understand. He does get behind but when he gets to you he's totally worth the wait!

Staff is helpful. The practice always make a time work to see me. Dr. Harris is the man.
