Don't expect anyone to return any calls because they won't. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The doctor, O'Loughlin, will decide that nothing can be done without even seeing you. But he'll only tell you this after waiting weeks to have an audience with him.

I had a hospital stay with a severe viral infection of the small intestine. After still having issues over a week later and upon recommendation of my insurance company, I contacted this office to schedule a visit. I told them my issues and the discomfort I was having. I told them I wanted to make sure there wasn't something else going on and it I just needed some help. The individual I spoke with assured me they could help me. She told me the doctor would need my doctor to fax them my medical records related to this health issue. From there, Digestive Healthcare would get the referral and call me for an immediate appointment. My doctor faxed them my medical records. A week later, even after I called and left a message regarding getting an appointment as soon as possible, I still haven't heard anything. I will be calling them tomorrow to ask them to destroy the medical records they received on me and I will find a different doctor. Highly disappointed with this practice.

I was referred to this practice by my regular physician. I called for an appointment and was seen the very next day. The receptionists, nurses and lab technician, everyone was very pleasant. I met with Dr. O' Loughlin and he was very patient, thorough and took the time to explain all of my results and answer any questions I had. A rare find for a doctor these days. I was also able to have my lab work completed right in their own office following my examination. Upon leaving the office, I was asked to please complete a patient questionnaire. I was very impressed by this, as never before had a physician's office cared how my visit had been. Hats off to this outstanding practice and I can honestly say how very happy I am to be a patient of theirs.
