The staff and Dr. Thompson are great. Have been multiple times. Very comfortable and pleasant experience with expertise. The negative reviews (here and on other sites) about Dr. Griffith are spot on though, he's not worth your time or money.

This office makes Duke Medicine look bad. I went to a so-called primary care doctor as a healthy person who simply need an established GP in Raleigh. I left with orders for 15 tests, most of which were unnecessary or had previously been done this year. It seems that the more tests the more money rolls into Duke...but it won't be coming from my insurance. I will go somewhere with the patient rather than profit on his or her mind.

I went to this location for Physical Therapy. The providers were absolutely fantastic. The woman I worked with was patient and extremely friendly. She was excited every time she saw me to see the progress I was making. She made me feel more than welcome and look forward to physical therapy every time I had to go (which was twice a week). The providers here work well together and they talk with you even if you aren't their patient. The people who run the check in for physical therapy are extremely friendly as well. They got you checked in quickly and the wait was never long before my PT came out. Fantastic location to go to for physical therapy. It's convenient, close by, and easy to get to.

Absolutely terrible experience at this office! I even left a message for the office manager Janice to get some resolution on what should have been an easy issue. Never received a return call even after 2 weeks!

Dr. Bentsen has been my intaernist for a few years now. The new location is nice. She listens to what I have to say and we make decisions together about my care. The only thing I don't like is if you schedule a nurse visit you see a medical assistant not a LPN or RN.
