I have been going to this practice for over 3 years now - and can't say enough great things about Lauren Suggs and Dr Casey. I feel like they really care - they definitely listen to what you have to say, and are very thoughtful in how they can help. I gladly recommend this practice.

Received good care but not impressed with the inability to call their office. Their message actually says your only options are to leave a voicemail or email. The message talks too fast to even understand the email address. I have never worked with an office where you absolutely cannot speak with a person when you call and I worked in doctors offices for years. Also, one time I left three messages to reschedule an appointment and no one called back. May not continue seeing this practice.

Unable to get them to contact me despite filling out the form on their website as suggested and also leaving a voicemail a couple of days later. I consider this very unprofessional.

They don't answer the phone. They say to email them and they will get back to you, but they don't. Trying to talk to them is like talking to a wall. Won't even write back to say to go away. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Everyone is incredibly sweet and easy to work with. No problems with out of network insurance. I have never felt more comfortable
