I am so pleased to find this GI office tucked away in North Raleigh! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. C and his staff at Gastrointestinal Healthcare. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The staff members, with whom I spoke prior to my appointment, to schedule and to discuss the procedure, were all very friendly and patient. The medical staff members who cared for me the day of my procedure were extremely competent and efficient, while at the same time, warm and reassuring. The office is run like a well-oiled machine, but a warm and friendly one! We talked and joked before and after the procedure, which started right on time, and was over with before I could count to 3, 2, 1…! Seriously, no one looks forward to having a colonoscopy, but if your doctor recommends one for you, call Dr. C. He and his staff are the absolute best! I will not go anywhere else for my GI screenings.

You know, GI issues are some of the most awkward things to speak to anyone about, but Dr. C and his team are nothing if not caring, compassionate, and extremely professional. From excellent communication and instruction prior to your appointment all the way through recovery from a procedure you will never once feel like you are receiving less than perfect care. If you are reading this review because you are in any way apprehensive about getting a routine checkup or trying to prepare yourself for a procedure your GP has recommended, do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. C. It will be a positive experience and it very well may save your life. I do not look forward to my colonoscopy every five years, but knowing that I will likely not have to endure colon cancer like my father makes it worth it, and Dr. C makes it easy.

Receptionist was unnecessarily rude and curt. Very unpleasant to deal with.

Dr. C is a very compassionate professional who, although busy, is not too busy to stop and answer any questions you may have. The staff could not be more helpful from the front desk to the nurses who call and discuss your procedure to those who work in the back procedure area. The office is run extremely efficiently and precisely with a very warm and friendly staff all around. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking GI care.

Dr. C and the staff at Gastrointestinal Healthcare are the best!! Dr. C is compassionate and willing to spend time with you each visit. His office called me several weeks later just to check in. They will always be my go to for screenings and gastrointestinal care.
