Such a wonderful place. Bob, Larry, and Harry are a delight to work with. They take the time to explain things, they help you figure out the perfect piece of jewellery. They helped my husband with my engagement ring, 6 months of discussion and changing his mind. They are very patient. They custom made my wedding bands exactly how I wanted them. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The best place to get quality jewellery for an affordable price. I drive from Charleston! I am definitely a life time customer!

Larry worked with me to create a unique and custom ring for my wife.  Everything turned out unbelievable.  He ordered loose diamonds,  ordered the band that was the closest to what I wanted then added diamonds to make the ring exactly what I wanted but could not find anywhere else.  I looked everywhere for about 6 months before going to Carolina Jeweler.

very slow. were supposed to have my wedding ring done by certain time and never called to let me know it was going to take longer long story short here i am married still wearing the loaner ring they gave me cuz mine wasnt in. the service was slow and the guys in there dont know whats going on, theres a lot of miscommunication between employees and very poor customer service. i dont recommend going here unless u want ur jewelry in a timely manner and am seriously considering going up and getting my money back.
