Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Branson to get a TDAP (Combined Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccine and told the scheduler that this is the primary reason for the appointment.  Arrived to the appointment on time.  Nurse and doctor did not know why I was there and said they did not have the vaccine.  Got refuned my co-pay rescheduled the appointment.  They still don't know when they will get this very common vaccine in.  I will see if they actually order it and have it at my next appointment or if they will waste my time again.
