I had an excellent experience here. I went in for my surgery and was pretty nervous because I had never been under general anesthesia (just twilight). As soon as I was called back, however, the nurses and staff made me feel totally fine. I had a male nurse and I wish I could remember his name because he was excellent! He walked me through the IV process and seriously made my anxiety disappear. I remember being wheeled into the surgery room and my anesthesiologist and the female nurse that accompanied her were so kind and caring. The next thing I knew I was waking up and everything was totally fine. I was terrified after reading horror stories about anesthesia (which I shouldn’t have done) but the surgery center’s staff made me feel completely okay and assured me that it would be a quick and painless surgery. Thank you Northwest Tucson Surgery Center and staff!

This place is excellent. I can't say enough about the nurses and drs who took care of me. They were professional, attentive, and very caring. I was very nervous but they put me at ease right away. All my questions were addressed and I felt they really listened, which is so important. Great experience.

I am exsteamly upset with this hospital,  OK we have insurance   but it does not cover out patient surgery. And we just don't have $4,500 laying around, they will not work with you for payment plans at all.  So I guess if you need to find out if you have cancer or not you need to go to a different hospital that is willing to help you with payments. 
Surgery was planned last Thursday and they called me Wednesday asking for the whole payment.  We had to cancel his surgery to find out if the tumor on his bladder is cancer or not. 
I want to personally thank you for the stress you have put into our lives. 
You are heartless!
