Friendliest people I've ever met! I got a flat tire right by their business and went in to ask if by any chance they sold tires. They politely told me they didn't but told me there was a place that did right up the street. They then offered to take me and my 2 yo to check it out. When that place didn't have one they did everything they could to get me back on the road again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I grew up doing all my own automotive repair work and still do quite a bit myself, but in the last few years I've started sending them to Carr when things get busy or more complicated. Doug has always taken care of issues quickly and honestly. Most recently I brought him an F250 which I thought had a leaking rear main seal. He found a blown HPOP hose and fixed the truck in 2-days for a quarter of what I was expecting. He really seems to care about finding the right solution to problems. This is how I do business and I know it's not always the easiest way to work so I appreciate the extra effort.

Just in for an estimate on a part for my Dodge Dart. So far I'm impressed. Hope to do actual business with them very soon.

Family owned business that has fast, friendly, quality service, at a more than fair price. Hands down, best experience I've ever had at an automotive repair shop.
