I’ve gotten all the maintenance and even some modifications done on my bike here since 2012.  So, I’ve had many, many visits.   From my perspective, this is a superior shop.  It is run professionally, and by this I mean they tell you when your bike will be ready and then they deliver.  They have literally never tried to up-sell me service I didn’t request. The staff has always been courteous to me. And, most importantly, the work has always been correct. I highly recommend this shop regardless of where you bought your bike.

Update 3/20/18  My comments on the service department are still valid.   However, I have been shopping for a new bike and   I bought one today,  but elsewhere.   I shopped them twice.  The first time I made an appointment with JT and he ignored me for so long I left.   Then I came back this past Friday with my trade and title seriously looking to do business.  I also brought all my Cycle Center of Denton maintenance records to show my longstanding relationship.   This time, I waited about 40 minutes for JT to evaluate my trade, but it was a total waste of time. He came back offering me wholesale for my trade as a discount off of full MSRP on a new KTM 1290S.  It was the worst deal offered to me in all my shopping this time around.  My hopes of being treated like the loyal customer that I am  were dashed.     But I walked away wiser.  It's 2018.  I'm an older guy, 58.  And retail business relationships just don't mean much today.   I won't be back, though.   I can recommend the service department, but not bike sales.
