I intended on allowing the insurance companies to handle everything after a wreck that was not my fault. After a few months of trying to get my car repaired, and then a year and a half waiting for insurance to pay out for doctor bills I contacted Carr & Carr. They instantly smoothed the process; I should have contacted them sooner! Paperwork and their plan was presented to me at my initial meeting and it was easy to follow along with and explained. I felt very comfortable and was encouraged to ask questions. My thoughts and opinions were taken seriously. Mr. Ventura and Carrie Harris contacted me regularly through email and phone calls as information became available to them. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable every time I went in.

Tom Ventura of Carr & Carr did an outstanding job on settling my head on collision case, getting me more cash than I ever thought I would receive because of the poor insurance coverage of the other party. Carrie Harrison and the entire team worked hand in hand very well to keep my case moving. Being from out of state I did not have a clue who would be best to help in this situation, but Tom and the team worked in unison to see this case through. Thank you to Carr & Carr and I would highly recommend them for any personal injury case as they know their stuff!

Mr. Ventura was overly cavalier throughout the process. Over the course of about four or five months, I only spoke with him three times. I was provided false information about insurance reimbursement and although I was assured all my bills were paid out of the settlement, over a year later I'm still receiving unpaid bills from the date of the accident.
    The staff, however, was undeniably pleasant and my attorney's assistant (Carrie) was a peach! She helped me out with all my questions and made me feel welcome when Mr. Ventura was too busy to bother with me. I would only recommend this office if you are able to research and choose your own representation from their team.

All of the employees here have helped me every step of the way.  I had an accident two years ago, and I wanted to just let the insurance company handle it, but it wasn't working.  I was getting close to the time that I was allowed, which was 2 years, and I decided that it was time to get help.  I tried other places to get help way before my cut off point, but no one was willing to help because I only had liability for my vehicle.  The accident was in no way my fault, and I also had two children with me during the time of the accident.  If it wasn't for the office/employees at Carr&Carr, I would most likely have not gotten anything from the responsible party.  Carrie has always been there for me, answered every question and concern of mine.  She kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case, and made sure that me and my children got the information we needed.  If this every happens to me again, or to anyone I know, I will not wait that long again, and I will definitely be using them.  A major thank you to Tom and Carrie!

This was our first time dealing with this kind of issue regarding an auto accident as well as a serious injury. Most of our family referred us to Carr & Carr immediately, so we decided to give them a call when we realized that this was going to be a process involving several different aspects - medical bills, issues involving the actual property damage (total loss) of our vehicle, dealing with insurance companies, and anything else that has to do with an event of this magnitude in our lives. Tammy, from Carr and Carr drove down from OKC to Ada the following day of the accident when I had made the phone call to their offices. She was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the entire process and what they would do to help. There were a few others that helped us tremendously from Carr and Carr throughout the entire process including our actual attorney Brian Williams, receptionist Lisa Grider, Carmen Mach, & Carrie Harris. Thank you to each and every one of you for not only helping my fiance and I at a very tough moment, but for also teaching us how to deal with a situation like this, and being there each and every step of the way from day one. The process only took three months to get wrapped up and this is all because of the efforts of the team at Carr and Carr! Thank you all so much again. If you are wondering about what to do during an event like this such as an automobile accident and injury, please do not hesitate to ask these wonderful people for help!
