Erroneously named me in a lawsuit - my name is not that common and they could have easily figured out they had the wrong party. Even when informed they had named the wrong person by my insurance company, it took getting the company lawyer involved to get them to revise the case to the proper person - which they did at the last minute.

Weak at best.....went there pro se with everything in order and they didn't want to handle the closing of my case

In addition to being some of the brightest and most intelligent people I've worked with in recent memory, they were also very kind and attentive to detail. I had a legal issue in the state of Oklahoma and I lived out of state. I did not know what to do, so I googled it. I read a few reviews online and just called and talked with Chris Hammons. When I hung up the phone I felt like a million pounds had been lifted off my shoulders. There really was light at the end of the tunnel I thought. Chris told me that they would “send a letter” to the other party. Two days later he called me and said I would be receiving a check in the amounts we talked about!!! Two days!!! When I got the check and looking at it I knew I had made the best decision going with Chris and his team. I really wish there were more I could say but just know this. If you ever feel like you don’t know where to turn or you do or don’t live in OKC and don’t know who you can rely on. Please call Chris Hammons at Laird Hammons and Laird. Like me you will be glad you did.

My brother suffered a very serious injury while working. The employer was difficult during the process, but Chris Hammons and Jason Hicks were relentless and brilliant in their efforts to obtain a huge settlement with a jury trial. Our family has had to endure extreme hardships while caring for my brother and battling the former employer. Chris, Jason and LHL associates took over the difficult battle so we could concentrate on caring for my brother. Their compassion during the process was unbelievable. They were able to prove negligence and make a tough process easier to bear. I couldn't believe how Chris could keep so many facts and details straight during such a complex situation! They worked with us on a personal level and made us feel like family instead of clients. I would highly recommend this firm and my entire family will be sure to look them up again if the need ever arises. We can't thank them enough!
