The hotel structure isn't the best. Its a little dingy and I'm sure there are other hotels which structure is much better than this one and maybe even costing only a little bit more.
The breakfast is ok, nt the best breakfast in the world, there's nothing there that I would say "WOW, it's delicious", but also it's not bad.

I give 5 stars to Carson Plaza Hotel because of the staff. I've traveled the world, I know many hotels, I stayed in several 5 star hotels and luxury resorts that can offer an infra-structure much better than this hotel but a staff like here is nearly impossible to find.

And they don't have any "magic secret". They are simple people trying to do their best. They won't apple polish you but they will be so nice and honest that you will feel like a king. I didn't have the same courtesy at Marriott paying a fortune.
The first time I stayed here they didn't give me a room that was one of their best ones, but then the housekeepers noticed that I'm a "clean" guest and the next time I stayed  they called me by the first name and they made sure i got probably the best room they have.

So if you want a hotel that may not have the latest design furniture and fancy croissants on the breakfast but offers a fair price and an amazing staff, I'm sure you should try the Carson Plaza Hotel.

I have absolutely any kind of relationship with the staff or the hotel owners or managers and I was not paid to write this review. I just love this hotel because all of the staff members are excellent professionals with absolutely no exceptions. I love this place!

Changing my review to 1 star but it could be less if possible.

After a long time living here and always paying in time (they always charge in advance, not a problem for mer at all) today I was kicked out of the hotel with an absurd acusation of having pulled the fire alarm, which i obviously never did.

The fire alarm went off over 50 times in the last 5 months I've been in the hotel, it's a constant thing (a stupidity that should never happen). Every time the alarm goes off, the receptionist silences it after a few seconds (super wrong attitude), but anyway, I NEVER ignored the alarm and evacuated my room, following by a complaint at the front desk because sometimes the alarm goes off in the middle of the night. I even suggested they should put those ink traps on the pull stations, so it would be eaier to identify who pulls the alarm.

Anyway, what i didn't mention was an incident that happened a couple of months ago, when a guest was smoking week in his room right next to mine and my room was filled with smoke. The hotel did nothing except kick the guest out after the first week, when the guest went there to renew his stay. I had to stand 6 other days the same situation.

If i could give no stars I would. The room was dirty and outdated by 10 years at least . Cigarette holes in the blankets and we were in a "non" smoking room. The hot tub was filthy looked like nobody cleans the jets.. ever... 90$ a night is a joke for what you get but thats the price.. Tv was busted and 10 years old, not that I'd bother watching it due to the fact the channels barely come in.. free wifi but they gave us no password.  Bed was hard , old , gross and super uncomfortable.  The pillows felt like sheets throwen in a pillow case.. I'd say spend 20 bucks more and go to an actual nice hotel because this place is far from it and not worth what they charge you..
