This hotel is in a very quiet location and it's not really noticeable unless your the one looking for it. The employees are very friendly and they have a grab and go for breakfast. That's a station they set up every morning from 6-9:30am it has coffee, tea, hot chocolate, granola bars and oatmeal so you can serve your self. The room I have is small the restroom is big, the kitchen area is also small with a big refrigerator. They have not cable just basic TV. There's a lot of parking and it's free. Over all its a nice quiet place.

It was a pretty standard hotel room to me.  My room key was a little difficult to get to work though, that was kinda frustrating.  But I'd stay here again, it was totally fine.

Worst Extended Stay I have been to. Poor Location, Dirty Ambiance. Avoid if possible

I feel like this hotel doesn't deserve the bad rep it gets. Most of the bad reviews are from picky people nit picking at every small thing. I paid 150 for 2 nights so I wasn't expecting a luxury 5 star hotel but for the price i paid the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only con is have to point out is that there are some sketchy people hanging around at night but they never bothered us. The beds are a little small but overall we had a good stay

NOTE: Check out time is 11 am and check in time is 3 pm
There's a 4 hour gap between when the last guest checked out and the next guest to check in; yet our room was NOT ready when we checked in. 
The front desk staff we first encountered was NOT friendly, DID NOT inform us on when and where breakfast took place. Every part of the building SMELLED. As we were checking in a guest complained about a BREAK IN on her vehicle. 
There were NO trash cans in the room. The tub was DIRTY AND RUSTY, the toilet seat had BURNS on it. There was NO 'Do Not Disturb' sign in our room. WE HAD TO EVEN PICK UP ALL THESE THINGS AT THE FRONT DESK, when they are suppose to already be in our room.
