Every time I go on this store. Employees walk away from you. Don't want to help. Some to buy reading their phone other flirting with boy friend. There is a reason I don't use my Carson s card anymore. Clothing line seems to be young or old as well. Kitchen staff people don't want to answer questions. Recommend u shop elsewhere. Can't even call the store to complain puts in you a computer loop for store times.

This Carson's location has really gone downhill. While they have the items you'd find at any Carson's, the fittings rooms and restrooms are in really deplorable condition. The good thing is, since there are very few customers who come in here, they have the best mall parking.

Few employees working and very dirty place. Fitting rooms need to be demolish with stained old carpet, etc...

I have lived in the area for almost 15 years and shopped at Carson's many, many times. I am a card holder. I have seen this store go down hill to the point that I will drive over 20 miles to Yorktown when I want to shop. I went in today to make a payment on my account. I stood at one of the few service desks for almost 5 minutes before someone came to help me. I found a pair of slacks to try on and was absolutely appalled at the condition of the fitting room. The carpet was extremely dirty, spotted and completely covered with lint, threads, labels and who knows what. Even with socks on I was afraid to stand on the floor while trying on the slacks. The walls are filthy and I had to try 3 rooms before I found one that could be locked. This is totally unacceptable. Where is management? These rooms should be cleaned on a daily basis. Not once or twice a year. No excuses. Get your act together.

If I could give this Carson's zero stars I would. There customer service is terrible and there associates are lazy.
