Knowledgeable personnel, outstanding customer service, and no long waiting (even if they are busy).  I'd be willing to pass all three of these things up just for decent prices, though, and they've got those, as well.  So, definitely a 5/5.  My only gripe is that they don't do alignments.  It's not that big of a deal, but it really doesn't make any sense; that a tire establishment doesn't maintain the facility to align the tires that they put on your vehicle.

Good prices, decent selection. But their customer service was refreshingly good! And when it came to e for a tire rotation, they paid as much attention to you as when you are buying a full set of tires.

Whent to drop off some tires already on rims to get balanced. so the guy comes out to look at the tires and says he's going to see if he can balance them. I replied they're just regular truck tires off an f250 should be no problem. then he starts measuring the rim looking at the tire goes back in the store tells me he can't balance them because the tires are too wide for the rim which they were not they were a size that ford calls for on the truck.so I I told him your not even putting them on the vehicle he says it's not safe. so went to NTB and they did it no problem for $10 less. lost a longtime customer for being picky about what you wanted to do. I'm driving on the tires now with no issues.

Great place for tires. I've been coming to this location for over 10 years with 6 different vehicles. I have complete trust these guys. Highly recommended.
