My fiance and I have grown so close to our jeweler at this location that we call him Uncle Paul because his service, personable attitude and sense of humor was amazing. My fiance had proposed and had the engagement ring but we needed to buy our bands. Uncle Paul worked with us for weeks to find the right bands. My engagement ring is a bit unique and would need a curve band which we could not find one to match so we began to discuss custom bands 3 weeks before the wedding. My husbands' band also was a little bit unique with alternating diamonds. Uncle Paul had told us the rings would be ready the day before the wedding and mind you our wedding was out of state so we had planned to have them picked up by a family member the day before the wedding. With nerves all over the place, because I would not see the final product until the day before the wedding, I was a mess of nerves. Long behold uncle Paul worked his magic and the jeweler had our rings ready 3 days before the wedding and we were able to pick them up before we left for the wedding. This is just to explain to you the lengths and the extra mile uncle Paul and his team went through to make sure we were stress-free. He remained in contact with us every other day with updates, he worked within our budget and helped us remain stress-free. My mother even had her martial ring fixed and cleaned there and loved the experience. We are proud to call Long's in Peabody and uncle Paul our family jeweler :) I would recommend them to anyone looking for nice fine jewelry whether wedding bands, engagement rings, gift, watches etc. they are the place to shop. Also, ask about their seasonal sales events which are also a great time to save. Our experience with all the sales representatives (Kirk @Long's in Burlington) we have encountered along the way has been pleasurable and positive and we look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future.

I dropped off my 30 year old engagement ring for repair, after noticing 1 prong was broken and another was bent. Mike in the Peabody store was so helpful. After close inspection of the ring, it was determined that most of the other prongs & the center stone (a pear shaped Ruby) were damaged. The ring would need to be reset. Longs created all new platinum prongs, polished and refit my ruby, it came our stunning! The ruby glows and the diamonds sparkle. When I picked it up, Mike insisted on cleaning & polished my wedding band as well, now they both look brand new. Not only was the work done perfectly, but they got it completed in time for Christmas and my 31st wedding anniversary. Thank-you Longs for making my holiday wishes come true!

My father has shopped at Long's for many years for all of my mother's jewelry. It was a real treat to shop for my fiancé's engagement ring in the same place. 

My salesman was Dave and he was top notch! Very personable and knowledgeable.  The experience was so great that I returned in December to get my beautiful bride a cross pendant. That experience was equally superior. Looking forward to working with Dave again to select my wedding band.

My boyfriend and I went and visited this location to look at engagement rings. We had the greatest service who we were helped by - with Karen.. she was patient, and thorough with exactly what we were looking for. I definately recommend visiting her at Peabody! :-)

I have shopped for years at many Quality Jewelry stores. The service, product knowledge and prices are without compare.  If you want a quality product with a quality company GO TO LONG'S!  If you want a costume piece...you know where to shop!
