Carytown Bike Co. is not only the best bike shop in Richmond it is the best business period! Ever since the first day I stepped into their shop they have been nothing but great to work with. I have seen them treat all types of riders with the same care and respect as they would with experienced riders. The service center could not be more knowledgeable and helpful. I had a stem break on my one Sunday morning at the start of my ride. Sean spotted what he was doing and fixed me up right then and there!!! I could not say enough good things about Carytown Bike!!!!

Carytown Bicycle Co. is the epitome of what a business should be.  Not only selling the highest quality bikes and accessories, but combining that with salespeople and mechanics who love the sport and ride and compete themselves.  Always eager to teach and educate the public for the love of sport! Congratulations CBC on 10 solid years!!

Fantastic selection of bikes, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great atmosphere in the store. Bought my first road bike from CBC and they did a wonderful job selling the bike with zero pressure.

These guys are great, especially Mike! I went in there not knowing anything about bikes and not only did they help me to find, pick out, and ride (yikes! First time in 20 years), but they respected my budget through the whole process. Mike really took the time to come up with the best possible fit. I could really tell that he puts the customer first and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
