Awesome bike and service! 
I got the Thunder electric bike for my commuting and it has been great. The good thing about the bike is it comes with all accessories needed for my commute like rear rack, fenders, bell, light, kickstand (would cost another $200) for a really reasonable price compared to other places I went to. Bonus for their acknowledge and friendly customer service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for one.

Unfortunately I must change my review as of 7/31/17.
I had purchased a lithium batter pack and charger just over a 1 year ago. A couple of weeks ago i noticed the charger was having issues , flaky charging would charge then would not charge. 
Took the batteries charger in for it to be looked at and see what the issue is. Called a week later, was told it will be about a week before he can figure out what is wrong as he does not have a similar charger in-stock. No problem I say. Receive a call the very next day. Told I need to buy a new charger to the tune of $160 plus extra shipping fees. Approximate date of purchase batteries and charge 6/30/2016. 
Was told there supplier is more important to keep happy instead of the end client...Guess they only want you as a single time purchaser and forget the warranty.

Recently bought a $1860 e bike Thunder Step through Model. Very happy with the Bike. I like it. The owner is also knowledgeable and I shopped around. For the price there's nothing better. I appreciate the maintenance that he backs the bikes up with and the warrantee. Had the bike for about a month, so far so good. It's an amazing bike. Would recommend the product to everyone.

I have an older Schwinn e-bike that I purchased at Canadian Tire. I called almost every bike shop in Vancouver and no one wanted to work on a third party bike. Richmond E-bike not only worked on it but upgraded my bike from 24V to 36V and I love it! It is faster and has a much longer range. I would definitely recommend this business, they are honest and conscientious.

I just came back to do basic tune up on my limber Mountain bike. The bike is awesome. I've been riding it almost everyday for the last 6months. No problems so far. The service is great, friendly and the most important thing is they get stuff done fast so I can get back to the road again!
