Helpful staff, ok selection for size if the shop, and they will order anything you want if they don't have it. They provide the guns we raffle for the 501C19 Veteran charity I'm involved with, and give us a good deal. Semi competitive prices with big box. Overall a good place to go. I like supporting small local business and don't mind paying a little bit more. Archery range is small, but we'll lit. Bait is good.

Poor communication. My wife went in to get tubes replaced on her tires, and the shop said they'd "make the bike right." We weren't told this meant that a tuneup would be completed (I don't doubt it needed the tuneup, just think there should be confirmed communication before completing). 

3 issues on communication -- 1) Had to call in and ask if bike was ready, it was (minor issue), 2) Called on a Thursday to ask why we were billed so high, left name/number/message and never received call back. I had to go back in and ask face-to-face, 3) Shop never asked if we'd like a tuneup. 

Lastly, when I actually went into the shop the manager (so it seemed) said he needed to side with his employee vs. me. I understand loyalty but the manager seemed to take my words with grain of salt (customer needs to be respected). The manager asked "what should I do" instead of making the decision to just process a refund (I declined to force the issue because apparently they DID do the work). I will not return to this shop, and will instead take my business to Stillwater, River Falls or Hudson unfortunately.
