Kept giving us a time, then when we would call they would say they said a completely different time than they did at first. Did it twice  and then was STILL late. All in the meanwhile was passed by 3 different Catas.

Invaluable service for those without cars. Service is reliable. Buses are fairly clean but you have a 50/50 chance of getting some unfriendly drivers who can't even acknowledge your presence and a couple who are downright rude. In general though, this has been a good experience.

Most of the time the busses are great. But they need to be more reliable. Route 26 needs more busses, because every Monday and Wednesday I am late to class. It doesn’t matter if I show up to the bus stop 15 min early, the 26 is always late

Omg. The #5 bus driver came into the bus depot and past us by. Instead of pulling into the #5 stop she continues and turn on Kalamazoo. This is the 9:40am bus that I need desperately to make it  to work by 10am. She eats all the time and takes her sweet time leaving, then have the nerve to profile people and treat them like theives on the bus. She should be fired.
