My bus showed up 3 hours late because no one was "assigned" to the route. Even more, the bus station I was at was closed, so there was no one to speak with, and every one we called was absolutely clueless; customer service was disgustingly horrendous. On top of that, their tickets are non-refundable. If you can, avoid riding the Greyhound at all cost.

Terrible experience. These employees are extremely impatient and yell at you whenever you don't follow their guidelines. I was told that I could board the 9:15 PM bus with my 12:15 PM because my first bus had gotten delayed so I missed the one I was supposed to catch. Instead, I was yelled at and forced to pay a $20 exchange fee to get on the bus.

First time, Thursday, June 29th, since my "crappy" Jeep's engine blew up!  Buying an Audi, done with American junk for awhile, unless Chrysler replaces my motor...?
 Was "great".  :)  Got from Detroit to East Lansing in "less" time than it takes for me to drive my own vehicle, cheap also.  Like $15.  Great driver; on time, then we arrived like 7 minutes "early" at East Lansing.  No hopeless people, nice bathroom.

Amazing new Station , Great Customer Service, Super clean, Vending machines & Enjoy the  lovely Architecture  & design while you wait- Can hardly wait for my next Trip!
