My company uses this store for our safety shoe voucher. This is my first time actually using it and was skeptical from the reviews. From the minute I stepped in to the time I left the staff was very helpful, friendly and patient with me. I am very picky about my shoes because I wear them for a long time. I tried on 4 different shoes after the sales person measured my feet. He asked what my job was, surface I would be on etc. Very friendly and helpful. He explained their 30 day policy was an exchange for another brand if not satisfied and the 14 day return is non worn clean shoes. Overall it was an awesome experience and shoe prices were great for a store that is on 321 and is not a chain who gets bulk prices for their shoes.  Thanks again for the great service and loving the Timberland Pros.

Went in to buy boots for work for my husband. They helped him find the right size. He was taken care of with no wait. We found a boot he liked for work at a great price! 👍 Great place to buy work boots! They have so many brands to chose from.

I was welcomed in the store right away. I received the best help to meet my needs. I was very pleased with the service I received. I got a very good pair of safety shoes. I'm definitely going back.

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. A pair of red wing Iron rangers or a pair of solovair steel toed boots. I asked the saleslady if they could order Solovair and was told she couldnt. I didnt see the iron rangers on her wall and she told me they werent  steel toed. I could have sworn they were so I pulled out my phone to look them up. Trent the store manager was standing there and pointed out another section where they did have the Iron rangers. Cool so I started to walk over. Thats when Trent told me if I wanted to look at them I would have to pay him a fee. Then launched into a tirade about how I was shopping online and I was going to waste his time and resources and then buy from someone cheaper online. Congrats trent, I probably was going to buy from you but this crazy ass experience means I will never buy from you, and as a manager who sends my employees to buy steel toe shoes, Ill make sure I dont send them to you. Wow. I dont even know what to say. Walked into a boot store ready to drop $250 on a pair of boots and instead had a surreal experience. Ive already contacted my HR department and hopefully I can convince them to discontinue doing business with this company.

The shoes were not marked correctly. Everything was everywhere. The cashier was rude and talked to 2 other people before telling me the shows I grabbed were not 19.99$ but 34.99$  I argued but it got me nothing so needless to say I left without shoes
