I had a great experience at Catoctin.  The whole team was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and polite.  I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable which is common at most dealerships.  They provided me with the carfax report and walked me through all the recent maintenance performed on the car.  I also got an amazing deal, no other dealership in the area came close.  I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from these guys. I also test drove a 2012 Civic, as well as a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and I can say with certainty that their cars are as advertised: low mileage, no accidents, no more than 1-2 owners. They even include Carfax reports for each of their vehicles, complementary. 

What isn't advertised is the great service and staff you'll be working with. Alan and Jerome were very knowledgeable, easygoing guys with a lot of personality. They're not your typical used car guys either, they have a great deal of information about every car on their lot, and they won't give you the run around. If you have any questions, they'll do their best to get you an answer on the spot. They're prices are also very competitive, especially considering the kinds of cars they have on the lot. If you're buying a used car near Frederick, Maryland, I would highly recommend you check these guys out first.

When my 20 year old was in an accident and we needed to replace her car I dreaded the thought of dealing with a used car dealership! - To my delight, I had unbelievable service and honesty from catoctin auto! -They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and assure me that all concerns I had were met. -I will definitely refer friends to you and return again if ever I have a need for another vehicle!!

Hands down, the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had.  We were looking for a safe, used car for our daughter and Jerome helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us the best price without the back and forth that you usually have to deal with at other car dealerships.  We needed to have a couple extra things done to/for the car and Jerome and Jerry went out of their way to take care of everything so we didn't have to deal with it ourselves. The next time we need a car, this will be the first and only place we go. Highly recommend them for all your car needs!

My boyfriend recently purchased a Honda Civic here and had an excellent experience. They were more than accommodating and maintained transparency and patience throughout the entire process.  We got a great deal and would highly recommend Catoctin Auto Group!
