It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe Holloway at Ourisman Volvo of Frederick! Joe is extremely knowledgeable, outgoing and very friendly. He was extraordinarily patient helping me find the right model and features I was looking for. I can't be happier with my choice. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! It was defiantly worth the trip from Bethesda to Frederick, even though rush hour traffic! If you're in the market to purchase a Volvo, I recommend visiting Joe Halloway.

Wife and I we browsing for our next car. Stopped in on a Saturday and met Joe Holloway, never had an experience like working with him. He asked what we were looking for, matched us up with a 2019 Volvo XC 40. He is a no pressure type just sells you the car he is well informed. Not ask the usual do you have a trade, what payment you looking for, how much do you have down or the famous what do I have to do to get you to buy today...
Look at the reviews Joe Holloway is a great person to work with, has answered all our questions we are100% satisfied with the entire process. All the people at the dealership were helpfully honest and easy to deal with. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle here.

Joe Holloway was our salesman and I can’t express enough how well he took the time to make sure we were in a vehicle of our choice and made sure we understood it’s features. He is very knowledgeable about Volvo and seems to understand the importance of comfort and quality of a vehicle. He treats his customers with the upmost respect and I highly recommend him to everyone searching for their dream car. Thank you Joe for your time and concern for your customers. Two Thumbs Up!!!!! We love our XC60

Thought I needed a screw to secure the plastic shield under the engine of my Volvo. Andy in Parts research it and said it had to be ordered. I told him I needed to get to work and he offered a quick alternate to help me with a nylon flexy tie.  He crawled underneath my car in the parking lot in the the 34 degree weather and saw the screw was not missing, but not securing the shield hanging loose. He attached one tie and attempted to locate anothe point to connect. The one tie proved sufficient as an interim fix. Thank you Andy for your excellent and unexpected customer service and most impressive introduction to Ourisman Volvo Frederick.
