Story

Cava Wine Bar & Restaurant with its authentic Italian cuisine was opened by the Siguenza family in 2004. Brothers Vicente & Kleber teamed up with their sister, and Executive Chef, Nube. The siblings are dedicated to providing only the best quality regionally sourced foods like grass-fed beef from Slope Farms in Upstate New York and herbs and greens from urban rooftop producer Sky Vegetables Farm all expertly prepared. Our substantial wine selection has been a culmination of knowledge accumulated from over 20 years in the fine dining culture. Their mission is to share their passion for fine wine and food in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

Love, love, love Cava. Great food. Great people. Reasonable prices. I've really missed it and we are SO excited that they should be opening up again soon. The fire was such a tragedy but knock on wood, they've put it behind them and will come back stronger than ever.

We were really forward to going back to Cava after a year's reconstruction. We were extremely disappointed in the service of one of our favorite former restaurants. We were basically ignored and saw our food being delivered to another table and they ate it. This was odd since there were six diners st this table and only two entrees were delivered. They offered nothing for the unbelievable delay but said the kitchen was running late. They should have offered a comp meal or beverage. Our waiter never came to see how we were faring but we had to repeatedly flag him down. It was not a great evening.

Never been but nice place. Good food, lots of wine (which I know nothing about). Long Island Iced Tea for me..... straight alcohol.

nice place, food is ok. I ordered crispy calamari and caprese as apetizers, was good. After salmon for my wife and pizza broccoli rabe and sausage for me. The salmon was ok, but i don't liked the pizza, too much garlic,withouth borders, after 2 slices was disgusting. I hope they will improve with pizza. Service was ok.

definitely has potential but the food needs to step up a notch to match the prices. atmosphere is great and the italian wines are excellent. try setting up a private wine paired dinner for a group of friends.
