Over priced want to be cowboy store. It is a chain store and hires kids. Guy that attempted to help me had more beads and lace on his pants than my 10 year old daughter. Could not take him seriously. Got boots and left

The store isn't big but it has a lot of stuff. Cute clothes for children but a bigger variety for adults. Large range of hats and boots prices. It's a bit crowded because there's not a lot of space between racks and aisles.

The only place I have bought my boots from for over 25 years! Sales staff are helpful with little pressure. Cobbler onsite is the best in the business.

Big selection of boots, hats and accessories. Staff is helpful. Will clean your hat for no charge. Need more affordable boot selection. I'd buy more often.

They can’t be bothered too much to answer questions and then when they do, the manager won’t move from his spot where he and other sales associates are texting. I looked at a pair of boots that fit perfectly and wanted to buy them. Obviously, they had been worn before and scuffed up. At no point did they ever deny they had been in words or denial and offered 10% off. Wow....I had to physically take them to the front where said manager who won’t move from his spot to text said again with disdain. “10% is the best I can do.”  Still denying they weren’t new and girlfriend ready to buy, I left them. They are rude and about as customer driven as the DMV. 
I’ll go to boot barn, buy them new and not used and lied to about boots scuffed and marked up lied to as new. 
They only time we were engaged as should be is when money was about to be exchanged, then had a bar fly looking associate all over us. She had on mid driffnblouse and looked tacky. I’m a guy that won’t conplain about skimpy dressed ladies(except when that blouse should’ve been given up ten years prior.)

This place isn’t the place to go. Even amazon cares more then this place. This is why they went from a giant store to a crappy small one. They aren’t customer driven. They don’t try. Stay clear.
