The clearance here is pretty decent, though sometimes when they have those 50%-65% sales you can barely find anything because stuff is all over the place and forced on the racks. I get that it's a pain to have to keep the clearance section fairly clean but during those sales sometimes it's just a little too much. Also, the customer service here sucks. Just like most places, there are some fairly nice folks but for most of my experiences here the girls have been short, don't greet you, (I've been greeted at other forever stores and they all say "Hi, welcome to Forever!") and they're just overall kinda rude. I only go here when there's a major sale, otherwise I shop online.

Low marks for this one because, although it is what it is, we were first to arrive and store was already dirty. Mirrors had more fingerprints than could've been made in a week and abandoned Starbucks cups were in 2 displays. Lots of cheap clothes though which they are known for.

I do not recommend anyone coming into the store. It is complete chaos and disaster, I don't know how they let it get this far. This is an everyday thing. See for yourself.

Tonight I took my 13 yr old granddaughter and her friend to get a dress.  Heaven, the young salesperson, was so helpful and mindful of their age.  Another school friend joined them and Heaven didn't get flustered, just started helping her too.  The girls had fun and got a dress that was reasonably priced. Everyone there was nice even though it was approaching closing time.

Store is okay to mediocre for deals on guys clothing. Very limited selection (understandable) but variety could and should be improved. The womens clearance section has some GREAT deals, however, it is a clusterf*ck back there!!! Clothes are literally thrown all over the floors and it is just painful to navigate through. This section really needs to be purged because it is a huge HUGE eyesore for the store.
