A chain jeweler discovered that my grandmother's ring needed some repairs and quoted me an outrageous price.  I then brought the ring to three independent jewelers to get estimates of what work needed to be done and the price for doing so.  Matt at CDI examined the ring and suggested what needed to be done-- naturally, much less extensive repairs than what the chain jeweler had identified as "necessary."  Matt's estimate of the required work was consistent with the other independent jewelers, and the price he quoted me was better.

The repairs were completed as promised and on schedule, and the ring looks great.  The total cost for the repairs (according to the jeweler who performed them) was slightly higher than what Matt had quoted me, but Matt charged me the lower, quoted price, which I found very impressive.

All in all, CDI strikes me as a trustworthy, pleasant place to do business.  I will be happy to return.

I dealt with Matt and I could not have had a better experience. I had little to no idea what I wanted/needed when buying an engagement ring and he walked me through the entire process. He was there to take my calls, answer emails in a timely manner and understood that this is a big purchase and took the time to find the right diamond. Matt never once tried to push me into something I didn't want just to close the sale early or buy something I didn't need. He is a true professional and I had a great experience dealing with him. On top of all of the great customer service, the diamond is beautiful and price was unbeatable. I highly recommend CDI.

When my fiance put the engagement ring on my hand, I cried.  We were promising a life together full of love and adventure.  Every moment was perfect especially the ring! I could not have picked out a better setting than my fiance did.   I absolutely love my ring and I am still blown away by its beauty.  We cannot wait to come back to CDI Diamonds & Jewelry to pick out our wedding bands! Thank you all so much for guiding my fiance through the process and helping him pick out the perfect ring!

To start, I am a medical student on a budget who was looking for the perfect engagement ring. I went to roughly 6 diamond stores before coming to CDI. Before this store, I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously because of my budget and no one really made time to help me. After getting drowned in thousands of rings with Halos, I finally stumbled upon CDI who gave me the freedom to completely customize the ring you see below. Matt ordered a few diamonds with my specifications/price range and gave me the opportunity to pick everything for myself. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and already have friends who will be visiting in the upcoming weeks. Thanks for everything Matt and team.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from CDI diamonds & jewelry, I can't fathom any jewelry store doing a better job. Believe me I've tried. They were not only consistent with getting back to me on my concerns in a timely manner, they made sure that I received the ring of my dreams, the exact way I dreamt it. In other words, "dreams come true at CDI DIAMONDS & JEWELRY." I could go on and on about their professionalism, promptness, humanly kindness, consideration and amazing prices. I won't.
