I went to 4 different jewelry stores today and this store had BY FAR the best customer service at Tuttle. Everyone was super friendly. Hannah offered to clean my ring for me and Becky was super friendly and helpful in narrowing down the choices. They asked the right questions and were honest about the deals. Wrote down stuff for us. I'm only giving a 4 because I did not purchase anything because we ended up finding a better deal later on but this was the best customer service in the entire mall out of all the jewelers.

Alena and Becky were so helpful! We went there to find a moissanite ring. Although we didn’t end up buying anything (moissanite is cheaper online), they were so helpful and welcoming. It was nice to shop at place that wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force you to buy anything.

I was at Tuttle to have my wedding bands dip. They had the Best customer service and the best prices in the entire mall . 2 wedding bands Resized and dipped in rhodium for 80 plus tax!!

My fiancee and I had a wonderful experience! Becky took her time with us and made a priority. Being a same-sex couple on a budget could definitely make ring shopping harder, but not here! Not only did we buy her engagement ring, but we also went back for my engagement/wedding ring, her wedding band, and a necklace for her to wear to the wedding! I even enclosed a picture of our beautiful rings (Mine is getting resized, that is why it is not all the way on)! Thanks again Becky!

great customer service! I took a ring here to be repaired and they were so nice even though I didn't even buy the ring from them! I will definitely be back.
