This will be a long review because I had a long list of things that went wrong while working with this jeweler. At first I was very satisfied with this place until later learning that my (now) husband had been led on by these guys. In November '16, my fiance was in search for a Tacori engagement ring because he knew I always had dreamed of having one. While passing through jewelers in Tuttle Mall, he saw that Farah had a display case with Tacori rings and someone working there immediately was attracted to selling him one of those rings. He ended up saying he was going to give my fiance a rather large discount because he was military. He proposed to me on January 7th, 2017 and soon after I took the ring in to get it resized. First, there was a kid (maybe 20 years old) who was resizing trying to help me resize it. When I'm dealing with an expensive piece of jewelry such as a Tacori ring, I prefer not to have a child assist me. He kept insisting that I resize it to a 4.5 when I assured him I wanted a size 4. When I went to pick up the ring, it was still too big and I'll have to get it resized again. About a week after getting it resized, I noticed two diamonds on the band were gone. They were on opposite sides as if the prongs had not been reset on the band causing them to pop out. I took it back in and this time two more roughly 20 year olds were working and so I asked for a manager. A grumpy lady came out and told me I was wrong and if I wanted to get the ring fixed, I would have to buy the warranty. Finally I took the ring to a different jewelers, Meyers Jewelry in Grove City, to get a second opinion and immediately they had a concerned look in their eyes. First, Farah Jewelers is not an authorized retailer of Tacori rings. Meyers even called their Tacori rep to confirm that they shouldn't have sold us that ring and especially without letting us know it would not have the Tacori warranty. Second, because the ring didn't have a Tacori warranty, Farah could have only brought it to their in-house resizer and therefore that most likely destroyed the band causing the diamonds to pop out. Tacori rings are special and the bands are intricate. Each is handcrafted in Cali so therefore they should only be resized by Tacori. Third, the diamond on the ring was too small. The certificate of authenticity shows we got a 5.5 mm diamond, but Meyers showed me that a 4.5 mm diamond was placed on the ring. I am furious with Farah and will try to turn anyone I can away from there. Tacori said they're willing to help us fix the band so the diamonds stop popping out, but not without a cost. In fact, I ended up leaving my ring with Meyer's and they replaced the stones that had thus far popped out FOR FREE and did so within two days so that it was in time for my wedding. 10/5 stars for Meyers, 0/5 starts for Farah.

They will say whatever is necessary to make a sale, even throwing in how they offer exactly the same as Jared and Kay. If you change your mind for any reason, you're screwed. They don't care about the customer....only the sale. RUN AWAY! A $300 refund could have showed us they truly care about the customer and a long relationship of future business (of which will be plentiful!). Instead, they threw us the "letter of the law", saved by what's in writing, and proving that a loyal customer relationship holds less value than a $300 down payment made just two weeks prior. Such poor business.

To all you guys out there looking for the "perfect ring" I went to several jewelers in the Columbus area and could not find anything I liked in the price range I was looking. I finally tried Farrah at Tuttle Mall. If you are shopping for an engagement ring make sure you ask for Angelina and Alec! They were extremely helpful and worked with me to make everything just right. I wanted to make modifications to the setting and they worked with me on the price of the diamond. Angelina made sure the diamond was set exactly to my specifications to hide very small defects in the stone. She made several calls to Tacori on my behalf and Alec found me the perfect diamond to put in it within my budget I was very difficult for them to please but I must say I am impressed that they achieved all my goals because they did not have what I was looking at in their store. We had to have some stones shipped in and I selected my favorite. I am looking forward to continue my business with them as they are helping me get a custom wedding band through a name brand line they aren't even carrying anymore!! Thanks a lot Alec and Angelina! I am amazed at your hard work and dedication to get everything I wanted and the ring even showed up weeks early! Keep up the great work, God Bless

Worked with Alec and I couldn't be more pleased. The process was completely transparent and I didn't think he was trying to hide anything from me at all. I would recommend you stop here first if you are shopping for jewelry. My fiance couldn't be happier with her ring. Thank you Farah!

I finally found the engagement setting I was looking for; unfortunately it was at Farah’s. The customer service and overall experience were so abysmal that my boyfriend refuses to spend his money there and I don’t blame him. Out of the almost dozen or so stores we have visited on our hunt for the perfect engagement ring setting, I would have to rank Farah’s dead last. The sales associate tried to pass off the yellowest diamond we had ever seen as one of “good quality” and that “the light made it look so yellow” (the next diamond she showed us in the same light had no yellow but large inclusions). My boyfriend is very particular about the 4 C’s of the diamond he is purchasing, especially color (he won’t go lower than a GIA certified H). The sales associate never asked us what we were looking for in a diamond; instead she just kept showing us random diamonds under a microscope and commenting about how nice they were (but they weren’t nice). They also don’t certify their diamonds which to some may not matter, but based on the quality of the diamonds I would need the certification. She kept interrupting and talking over my boyfriend when he would try and explain what kind of diamond he wanted. The entire experience was disastrous and neither I nor my boyfriend could wait to get out of there. I would say it took a good 15 minutes to wrap up and leave as the sales associate would not stop talking and we didn’t want to just cut her off and be rude. We try and support local and small business as much as possible and have since taken our business to Carioti jeweler’s downtown.
