I can't say enough great things about this place. We moved to Dubuque a year ago and a friend highly recommended we take our vehicles here to get fixed. They actively saved us money, had great phone skills, have great customer service, they actively saved us money on multiple jobs, and the mechanics are really normal people. We will always take our vehicles here.

I had my ignition fixed at Cedar Cross Service. They fixed it just fine but after looking at the bill I noticed 2 charges that didn't make sense. One was $18.00 For where the ignition interfered with fixing the ignition. Another $18.00 charge for where the air conditioning interfered. This charge was infuriating due to the fact that my car had no air conditioning. I feel these "extra charges" were just a way to rip me off. Ask for an itemized bill and be sure to look at your bill and find these "extra" charges!!

I was given an estimate for a fuel line repair of $800 by Riley Subaru, and $700 by Bird Chevrolet. Cedar Cross only charged me $175 for parts and labor.
