I have used this company for both our cars for years and had many good experiences. Most recently however I had all weather tires ordered and installed and there were several things that happened to make this experience frustrating. Particularly, that I was told the service would take 1.5 hours and ended up taking nearly double that. This was significant for me because I had my 4 month old baby with me and would have planned differently for such a difference in time. I then wrote an email to express my experience and frustration and haven't heard back in over a month. I won't likely choose to return.

Best garage I've ever used, friendly, prompt, always willing to explain what needs doing and give a timeline for safe repair scheduling. Very happy to have been steered to Cedar Hill Auto.
