Habitat ReStore - Cedar Rapids sells new and gently used building materials, carpets, flooring, cabinets and appliances at deep discounts to the public.
Income generated from the ReStore cycles back into Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity to support local and global building efforts.
All revenues from ReStore are kept in our community to fund our local Habitat for Humanity efforts, the building of homes and families, and the repair and maintenance of needy families homes.
Our recipients assume financial responsibility for their homes, and contribute financially and through hard work to receive help from Habitat. We believe in a "hand up" not "hand out".
