I feel like I'm being hustled every time I go to a Verizon store. Have to stay with them cause they do have the best cell phone service in my area

Everytime I go to that store there are issues placing an order or modifying my account.  I always end up angry leaving that store.  I am specifically calling out the North side store because I have went to the south side store and ordered new devices and made changes ro my account which were progressed fine.  The manger at the north side store is very rude and interrupted my wife every time when she was calling in to get the order straighten out.  I would highly recommend going to the the south side store or just ordering online to save you a lot frustration.

Most definitely a great place to go. Nick at the Verizon store on Williams Blvd in Cedar Rapids,Iowa was most helpful.

I went in to buy a screen protector for the Moto Z force (Verizon). It's expensive to buy their screen protectors, but I couldn't afford to wait for one to come via Amazon.

While I was waiting my turn, I saw the staff helping someone that came in after me. So I approached the staff and she forgot what phone I had requested a screen protector for. 

She searched but they were out of stock on the screen protector. So I asked for a case that flips over to cover the screen. They were out of that too. Couldn't give me the display model though... 

I feel like it's bad customer service to not stock anything for a phone that's a Verizon exclusive and came out just last summer.

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Have never had a bad experience. Today's visit was the best yet. Nick Hodson helped me with my problem. He also assisted me with checking out a couple of other thing on his own to better my Verizon needs. Love the new building. Thank you Nick and Verizon.
