I was struggling to get my two little kids organized so we could come in the store when the man working at the store, Andrew, so graciously came outside to get my package from me and told me not to worry about coming in. He even went to get my receipt and brought it out to me while I loaded my kids back in. It was seriously a lifesaver and so appreciated. I could have gotten everyone inside, but his kindness sure made things easier. He even said next time to just honk and he'd come out to help sooner. Great customer service. Thank you Andrew!!

This store has the worst employees. I love shopping online and buy probably over 100 items a year online. But they deliver less than half of them.  I finally today caught them lying about attempting to deliver. I was sitting in dead silence on my phone when their "first attempt" was made. I had paid for next day delivery. It was a super important car part so i could go to work. I called their 1 800 number and was told the driver would reattempt it later at the end of their run. That was the 2nd lie.  I paid $25 for shipping and these people want me to come get my package a day and a half later.  All because their drivers dont want to press a buzzer. And this isnt the first time ive been home and no one attempted to buzz before leaving a note. But this is the 1st time i know 100% without a doubt it wasnt a loud fan or loud tv that made me possibly miss them.  This company is horrible. And i wish they would go out of business. They didnt even offer a refund since they couldnt deliver it next day like i paid for. Also another time they had a package of mine. Instead of attempting to deliver it they sent it to the post office for them to deliver. The post office then lost my package and no one wanted to take responsibility.  Said i should just file an insurance claim. But with who since ups didnt do the job they got paid to do. Fed Ex is the only company that hasnt done a horrible job around here.

They were nice enough as far as staff goes, but I was charged for a fax that did not come through clearly due to their fax machine running out of toner. Still had to pay for it even though I did not want it, I ended up emailing the papers I needed and printed them off there instead. So all in all was charged for a 7 page fax 2 which had lines through it and the rest well, if you can make a paragraph out of 3 words good luck to you. But it's your basic service for UPS it's all there maybe not the customer satisfaction but the rest works   thanks ladies for charging me for stuff I couldn't use.
