They will not cut down a dying tree in front of our home that has been going on for years. They are waiting for it to fall and kill or damage someone's property. The tree service came on 12/6/17 but did nothing. They did trim other trees on the street. Now we are into March still waiting. We are now in the second week in May of 2018 and the tree is still there and they have not responded to the certified letter either.

I live here in Cedarvil Cedarville mobile camp the people of courteous and friendly my neighbor a clean the snow off my steps and porch the other day it snowed and I really appreciate it I thank the Lord for my neighbors and the people here at Cedar Cedarville camp thank you God bless

Lived here since 1990..very nice mobile home park.However the owner does practice double standards

The scenery and the closeness of nature make this neighborhood a decent place to live. But, expect to be treated indifferently by the neighborhood association for seemingly no reason. I submitted plans to install a simple overhang for my front door, and after 4 years and multiple times of asking whether my plans had been approved or not, they still had no answer from the owner. My experiences are very similar to many of my neighbors, so it's not just myself that has had issues with the neighborhood association.
