Cella Ford was great.  It was Ford that was the problem!  I purchased tires (275/65/18 and 18) wheels from a 2017 Ford F 150  Lariat  4x4.  Which was a tire size larger than original size (265/60/18) that came on my 2017 F150 Lariat 2x4.    In Fords infinite wisdom has no  means to change speedometer readings if other than original sizes installed. I do not understand why this should be a problem. It should be a simple programming solution.

Excellent Customer Service! Everyone goes out of their way to stop and say hello and ask if you need anything...The GM Jason is a real nice guy and will help you any way he can...The Service Dept Mgr Chris is awesome! He will take care of you! William, who works in the service dept will answer all questions and set you up with whatever is needed....This is the only place to purchase a vehicle! At

Awesome dealership! Service Dept was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. They worked around our schedule. Sales staff was very kind and not pushy at all. Drove all the way from Jacksonville and received much better customer service than whatwe have experienced locally.

From the very beginning of our relationship, Cella Ford far surpassed my expectations of a car dealership.  They beat my local dealer with the price of my new Escape  by a lot.  Enough to make me drive an hour to buy it.  Just had my 5K check up and the service department was outstanding with the way I was greeted and treated.  Great place to do business.

My 2014 F-150 still has the banging sound when I make a tight turn after it was at Cella Ford. I don't know where to take my vehicle now because it's still under warranty. But the good thing is I ask if they can clean my truck if they had time and for the money I paid to have them clean it they did a great job.
