Very nice service dept.  Extremely knowledgeable.

On the phone, this service location promises that they can do everything, thoroughly and completely.  However, in reality, the issues of them not having necessary parts or necessary technicians come up in the middle of the car being serviced.  If you feel comfortable with your Volvo being serviced by a Chevrolet technician, then this is a place for you.  But if you really appreciate and care for your Volvo, you will never bring it here.  This is a poor quality service for American car standards, never mind Swedish car standards. This was an epic failure on the part of Volvo of New Bern.

I am writing on behalf of my parents: 5 stars! Charles and Ron were fantastic. Called ahead and Stopped in with a check engine light and a 500 plus mile ride home to NJ. We pulled up and the immediately ran a diagnostic. We were happy it was just an issue with the seal on our gas cap. The issue was fixed and explained thoroughly. They reset our computer and we were on our way. Thank you Ron and Charles top notch service!  As business owners we sincerely appreciate it and had to say thank you!  When we are back in NC and hopefully staying we will definitely be purchasing our next Volvo from this dealership!

Messy!!! been waiting two days to run a application for a car still haven't got it processed because there to busy I wouldn't recommend this place to no one
