We bought a vehicle here after our car was rear ended at a stop light and totalled. The only reason we bought it here is because it was too late by the time the financial representative had any dealings with us. The sales person was great and very attentive and the sales manager was apologetic once we told him about our problem. None of this makes any difference because the financing representative was so rude he brought my wife to tears, literally! We will never again do any business with this dealership and actively discourage anyone from doing the same. Please, please, please stay away from this business. People have to be held accountable for how they treat people.

Not a good experience at all.  Sales person was just ok.  Didn't seem to want to really sell us a car.  The general manager never came out of his office or introduced himself to us.  They were supposed to follow up with us and never did.  We went elsewhere and bought a car.

I went there to buy a used ford thunderbird  they had for sale i was nenegotiating  the price we were very close to the final deal when i went there to do the deal the sales manger changed the price of the deal for 2,000 dollars more knowing i was excited to get the car hoping i would but up the rest of the money .In my book that is called bait and switch so these people are not to be trusted.

The vehicle we saw was very nice but not everything we wanted. We made an offer and the sales manager/owner Mark wouldn't deal. Ok cool no big deal. I noticed the vehicle was still there three weeks later (now well over a month) and I stopped in to let him know that I would still do that same deal. I figured by now that they would like to move this vehicle. He still wouldn't budge and I sensed quite a bit of attitude; saying something along the lines of "go get a Chrysler" I tried to give them the opportunity and now they can sit on it! I will take my business somewhere else.

I purchased a vehicle with another dealer that was willing to deal.
