The Mitsubishi Man made our car buying experience super painless, quick and hassle free. When you have a family with young children car buying can be such a hassle and no fun. For that simply reason we kept pushing off the long annoying process of going to look for and buy a car. Then Paul...he came to our rescue!!! We were in and out with a new car that fits our family PERFECTLY in under 2 hours!!! Yes under 2 hours!!! It was so easy! So quick! So painless!! I definitely recommend going and seeing him for any of your future car purchase needs!! Ps. Yes no longer here at Riverside if New Bern/ New Bern Mitsubishi and now at Bob Mills Mitsubishi of Jacksonville! I highly suggest going there to see him.

Dissatisfied with General manager's customer facing skills. Borderline confrontational and mocking personality. First-time buying experience with this dealership was definitely subpar. Military, there are plenty of other dealerships worth venturing to earn your business. Especially if you plan on walking-in with a pre-approved auto loan.

Took in my car for a safety recall and a lot of things got messed up. The lady in the front was very rude and acted like it was my fault. I called back the next day and talked to the service manager (Donald) and he was an amazing. Very friendly and helpful, he's the only reason my review went from one star to four.
