I would recommend this dealership to everyone. This was the only dealership my husband and I went to that didn't make us feel like we had to buy a vehicle that day. Rory did a great job with helping us find vehicles with in our price range and didn't pull out any newer more expensive cars like other dealerships did. Zach was so helpful and laid back. He was easy to talk to and knew a lot about what he was selling, if he didn't know he would find out. We bought a 2014 Equinox for a great price. Anytime I stopped in at the dealership Zach and Rory have been there to make sure I'm still loving the car, answering questions I have. I could not be happier with how easy they made buying a car, and how great they treated us. I will definitely be back when we are ready for another vehicle.

The service department in New Bern, NC is simply wonderful! They all treat me like a queen. I always get a good price and the work is always done correctly. I have bought 2 cars from there and have never been disappointed. Pecheles in New Bern, NC is the BEST❤️

OUTSTANDING service. Made even greater after our disturbing car  buying experience at Stevenson Honda. Rory + Allison and team, have gone out of their way to ensure we are pleased with our vehicle. Delivery service is new to us, and since we live in Wilmington, it was VERY helpful. Allison came and picked up the car recently, to have a minor issue reviewed. She left a loaner, no issues, easy as pie. The most valuable part of our car buying experience with Pecheles, has to be the honesty and integrity of the sales staff and team members. After purchasing a car from Stevenson Honda and being lied to multiple times, it is REFRESHING and COMFORTING to know that the longer we have our vehicle, the HAPPIER and MORE CONFIDENT we are, that we made the right decision by buying from Pecheles. Bottom line: You will have OUTSTANDING service + OUTSTANDING follow up service, from people who actually CARE. If you are reading this, concerned about price differences...I can tell you, Pecheles will work with YOUR budget, and they will deliver on their word, ESPECIALLY after you purchase. This is the real value for us. We are people to Pecheles, not an ATM.

Just purchased my new car from here. I worked with Zach and Alison, they were great!!! Best dealership and sales people I’ve ever worked with. Great customer service, very fair and reasonable working the deal. They made me feel like they cared more about me as a person rather then just another sale unlike some other dealers out there such as Parker and Stevenson!! Everyone should go to this dealership.

In for oil change and routine check up! Very friendly and efficient service - in at 9:15 and out by 10:15. Great job by service manager, Courtney! Nice to be able to tell someone what I wanted as opposed to someone telling me what I needed!
