Bob runs a first class outfit!

When I purchase my first Mercedes for my wife about a year ago I was recommend by my brother to take my Mercedes to Mr. Bob , Mr. Jim & Mr. Terrell for service. I've been so please with the service and professionalism that I recently went and purchase another Mercedes for my self knowing they will take very care of the operations and safety of my vehicles. I truly am satisfied with the great service and reasonable prices. They are truly the best in the business, hands down.

I'm not a genius around cars. I'm defiantly not a mechanic. I do silly things like inadvertently closing the hood leaving an item which had the end result of jammed the hood release. After spending over an hour trying open the hood. I came to the inevitable conclusion that I indeed needed professional help. I drove to Central Auto Care which is conveniently located to my residence.    

Upon arriving I embarrassingly explained to the technicians what I had done. The technicians put me at ease and make me feel at home. They quickly and efficiently analyzed what needed to be done to correct the problem. Within 15 minutes they succeeded in getting the release to do what release do and opened the hood. Wow! What a relief to see that hood open once again.  

I highly recommend the skilled and professional technicians of Central Auto Care, located on Central Avenue in Homewood AL. Their customer service is the best. They produced world quality results in a quick, timely manner. I'm not a genius around cars but I can with confidence say they are. Go to Central Auto Care for all your Mercedes repairs.

My car had coolant internal leakage and was told to replace the engine by another Mercedes Benz shop in town. I'm really glad I went to central auto care for second opinions. Bob is really nice and knows very well about how the car works and how to fix it. I always have a lot questions and Bob spent the time to explain and the answers made sense (after I googled the answers). Bob also helped with me to set up a payment plan for the repair of the car since I've been trying really hard to not get so much help from my dad. Now the car is running great. Bob also helped me to replace one of the timing gear that is getting sharpening. My oil sensor was not responding due to the internal coolant leaking into the oil. Bob suggests that instead of spending almost 250$ to replace it, we may should wait till the water bubble in the sensor to come out after 500 miles. If not, we can then replace it. Now, the sensor starts to respond after the car runs 200 miles. It still gives a false message, however, it indeed goes to the direction as Bob predicts. 
All in all, car-breaking sucks, but I did enjoyed the service from Central Auto Care. They look after their costumers. Really nice people and Mercedes experts. Highly recommended!
