As a first time car buyer, buying a new car was a very difficult and huge decision to make. Central Ave Hyundai was the 4th dealership I had walked in to and the very first one that felt right. Carly Kim walked up to me as I walked in and immediately started down the road of finding out what I wanted, what I needed, and how to give it to me. And she did. She walked me through all the options so we could find the right combination of features and brought out the perfect Tucson Limited in Colosseum Grey - exactly what I was looking for. Carly walked me through the initial price offerings and knew the right moment to bring in the manager to start the hard selling with additional offers. Together, they negotiated with me to the right price point and Carly helped me close the deal. Thanks to her, I was able to make this decision in confidence.

Alternatively, finance needs to learn some people skills, a quiet place to discuss specifics would be nice, and a better time estimate to bring the car up for a test drive would be great.

Overall, great experience for a first time car buyer.

My experience at this dealership was the best i have ever had. I dealt with Anthony (Tony) and Juan. They couldnt have been nicer to me. 
Max the Sales Manager was incredibly kind to me along with Joel the Finance Manager.
I have been referring all my friends because i cannot believe how well i was treated.
I will ALWAYS buy all my cars from this dealership.
I know people are taught to be nice.
But this was a level of service that i have never experienced in my life.

I came to Central Ave Hyundai a few days ago to get an oil change for my vehicle and was so impressed with the service. From the convenient location on Central Park Ave, the beautiful new building to the outstanding service made my experience so great! As soon as I walked into the service department I was greeted by an employee with a smile and got me set up quickly for my appointment for my oil change. I can't thank Central Ave Hyundai for making me feel so comfortable and my experience effortless. Oh, and not to mention the service waiting area for customers is beautiful, I had no complaints waiting for my service to be done. I look forward to bringing my car there again and will definitely refer my family and friends to Central Ave Hyundai!

I just leased a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Carly Kim. She was excellent from start to finish. Answering all of my questions and working with me to get he best deal. She was willing to go out of her way to help me lease a car and drive away with it in one day. Thank you for all your time and attentiveness.

I went to Hyunday Genesis on Central Avenue to purchase a Hyundai. I ended up purchasing a brand new Hybrid Hyundai Sonata. The sales man Clifford and the GM were extremely professional and friendly. The Financial Manager was extremely friendly as well. Everyone made me feel at home and they were very patient with me. The customer service I experience over there is best car shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. I really encourage everyone to go there for your next car.
