Scarsdale Ford was great.  No high pressure tactics, which I appreciated.  I went for multiple test drives of my new Escape and never heard a word of complaint.  The process was easy and stress-free.  I would recommend Scarsdale Ford to my family and friends without hesitation.

Had a great buying experience with top notch service in a no pressure sales environment.  Sales team was friendly, approachable & willing to work towards a mutually acceptable sale in terms of price. If looking for a Ford to lease, buy or service, look no further.

I am on my second car from Scarsdale Ford. Joe Tarantino was excellent and easy to work with. The service department is the best I have been to and they consistently do great work. They recently repaired my Fusion that had vibration issues. Charmane was friendly as usual and provided undivided attention for my concerns. Mike, the tech that worked on my car, did an excellent job and went into detail about what was done to my car. I will definitely be going back when my car requires major service or when I am in need of a new car.

I love this place my car has never been so happy when I go here for service it's like the happiest day of my life they treat you like family the service is awesome I will recommend this place to everyone who only demands the best service luie constanzo it's amazing he makes sure that you are taking care of when he hands you a bill the service reflects the price never I never have a complaint everything it's always good with guarantee sharmaine treat you like family all the way smiling looking sharply-dressed as always Phil the manager it's an amazing human being make sure that you are taking care of at the mechanic floor takes test drives with you to make sure your car is working fine and that you are happy with the service and Billy my main mechanic this gentleman is truly a genius I only bring my car to him they have many great mechanics at this location but Billy is my favorite only because from day one he's the only one is touch my car and my car is 2 years old and runs like heaven like I just bought it, this man takes care of my car, like if its own car you could never get a mechanic that cares so much , this is the best Ford dealer and the location it's amazing please people go here you will not regret it and there is free coffee LOL
